Nestled amidst the serene landscape of the Coastal Range Mountains, the setting offers a rare blend of natural beauty and rustic charm. Sweeping views of the surrounding mountains, the spring-fed pond and the historic old barn provide a breathtaking backdrop that changes with the seasons.

Pricing

Planning your event should be exciting, not overwhelming. At Mountain Springs Retreat, there are no hidden fees, no complicated calculations, no surprises.

The single price of $4500 includes:

  • Access to the venue for three days to allow plenty of time for setup and tear down.

    • Friday between 9am-9pm setup & rehearsal

    • Saturday 9am-11pm

    • One nights lodging during event weekend for wedding couple/2 adults at The Chalet, Airbnb!*

    • Sunday 8am-12pm for breakdown

  • Your choice of three ceremony locations

  • Separate bride & groom changing areas

  • Round tables & chairs for up to 120 guests

  • Use of our miscellaneous rustic furniture and props

  • Serving kitchen and BBQs at Barn

  • Indoor restroom, plus a private portable restroom for larger guest counts

  • Liability Insurance

Your event date is reserved with a $500 deposit

Specifics

  • We are happy to provide a list of preferred vendors. You are welcome to use your own.

  • Wine, beer, ciders are allowed with an OLCC permitted server.

  • True to its age and original purpose, the barn is not heated or air conditioned. During the months May through October, it is typically quite comfortable. There are many windows and double barns doors to keep open or shut, depending on the weather.
